At Erickamz Media, we strive to provide high-quality photography services and premium photo prints. Below are our guidelines for cancellations and refunds to ensure clarity and fairness for all clients.
1. Photography Service Cancellation
- Bookings cancelled 72+ hours before the scheduled session → Eligible for a full refund.
- Bookings cancelled within 48–72 hours → 50% refund.
- Bookings cancelled within 48 hours or no-shows → Non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is available free of charge if requested at least 72 hours before the session.
2. Refunds for Photography Services
- Refunds are not available for completed photography sessions.
- If the client is dissatisfied due to technical issues, a free re-shoot may be considered at our discretion.
3. Order Cancellations (Photo Printing Services)
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun.
- Once printing has started, orders cannot be cancelled as each print is custom-made.
- If an error occurs due to incorrect image submission, customers must notify us within 24 hours for review.
4. Refunds for Photo Printing
- Due to the personalized nature of our prints, refunds are only issued for products that are damaged, misprinted, or defective upon delivery.
- Customers must provide clear photos of the issue within 3 days of receiving their order to qualify for a replacement or refund.
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
